Antigravity ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Word Duel mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.
1. Information We Collect
Word Duel is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not directly collect, store, or transmit any personal data ourselves.
- There is no account system, no login, and no registration.
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.
- We do not use first-party analytics.
Third-party services we integrate (see Section 3 below) — most notably Google AdMob for serving rewarded video ads — may collect certain device-level data such as advertising identifiers, device model, OS version, and ad interaction events. On iOS, advertising-identifier collection only occurs after you grant App Tracking Transparency permission.
2. Locally Stored Data
The App stores your game preferences (such as settings and progress) locally on your device using your browser's localStorage mechanism. This data:
- Never leaves your device.
- Is not transmitted to any server.
- Can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser or app data.
3. Third-Party Services
Google AdMob (iOS and Android)
The iOS and Android versions of Word Duel display optional rewarded video advertisements served by Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect certain device and usage information in accordance with Google's privacy practices, including:
- Advertising identifier — on iOS this is the IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers), used to deliver more relevant ads and measure ad performance. Collection of IDFA only occurs after you grant App Tracking Transparency permission on the first launch; if you deny tracking, AdMob serves non-personalized ads.
- Device information — such as device model, operating system version, and approximate location (based on IP address).
- Ad interaction data — such as ad impressions and clicks.
This data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy, which you can review at https://policies.google.com/privacy. To opt out of personalized ads on iOS, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and disable tracking for Word Duel; we will then request non-personalized ads from AdMob.
We do not have access to or control over the data that Google AdMob may collect.
Dictionary APIs
Word Duel uses the following external APIs for word validation and translation:
- Free Dictionary API - Used to validate English words and retrieve definitions.
- Youdao Dictionary - Used for word translation features.
When a word is looked up, only the word itself is sent to these services. No personal or device information is transmitted with these requests.
4. Children's Privacy
Word Duel does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect personal data at all, no special provisions for children's data are required.
5. Data Security
Since we do not collect or store personal data on any server, there is no risk of a data breach from our side. All user data remains on your device under your control.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
