Word Duel is a word construction game that challenges players to build words from given letters. The App provides entertainment through word-based gameplay, including word validation via external dictionary services and optional translation features.
2. Use of the App
You may use Word Duel for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, code, and other materials in the App are owned by Antigravity and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only.
4. Advertisements
The Android version of Word Duel displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that ads may be displayed during gameplay. Ad content is provided by third parties and does not represent the views of Antigravity.
5. Third-Party Services
Word Duel relies on third-party services for certain features:
- Free Dictionary API - For word validation and definitions.
- Youdao Dictionary - For word translation.
- Google AdMob - For serving advertisements (Android).
These services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content provided by third-party services.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Word Duel does not collect personal data. Game preferences are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to any server.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
- Word validation results will be completely accurate at all times.
- The App will be compatible with all devices or operating systems.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antigravity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the App at any time without prior notice. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
